Demystify Skin NTDs Campaign

We choose to ELIMINATE discrimination of persons with Skin NTDs

More than 170 countries and territories globally are endemic with a number of Neglected Tropical Diseases, more than 10 among which exhibit skin conditions. Knowledge gaps breed myths, and discrimination thus thrives – limiting socio-economic options and upsetting the psychosocial buoyance of affected persons, and their families.

Through the Demystify Skin NTDs Campaign, DevAxle and spirited NTDs stakeholders take the last weeks in 2024 and first weeks of 2025 to demystify Skin NTDs by projecting them as purely medical conditions with definite causes, symptoms, and care.
